minded leader to drive continuous improvemet in operation activities.\nAble to identify improvement ideas and working with the team to implement the application in production run.\nExperience, Education, & Skills:\nEngineering Background with solid hand-on experience in Injection Molding Process.\nPrefer to have Mattel working experience\nUnderstand the Scientifix Molding Method and able to apply and setup the injection molding process\nStrong communicate skills and able to work effectively as part of a team.\nGood Engkish specking and writing skills.\nStrong problem solving skills, good communication skills and project management capacity\n\nWho has a LEAN -
