We value and share an infinite range of ideas and voices that evolve and broaden our perspectives with a reach that extends into all our brands, partners, and suppliers.\n The Opportunity:\nAs a Senior Supply Planner, you will play a key role in driving supply readiness and ensuring product availability across our worldwide markets.\nWorking closely with manufacturing plant and cross-functional stakeholders, you will oversee supply, inventory, and capacity planning, proactively address supply risks, and drive actions to support on-time delivery and optimal inventory levels. You will play a key role in resolving supply constraints, improving order fulfillment performance, and enhancing planning processes across the manufacturing network. This role also offers the opportunity to influence plant performance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and mentor junior team members while gaining broad exposure across the global end-to-end supply chain.\nWhat Your Impact Will Be:\nSupply Planning and Execution\nPartner with plant supply planners to monitor schedule and supply performance against demand. Continuously review and adjust supply plans based on changes in demand, production capacity, material availability and business requirements.\nLead and support supply escalation activities for critical shortages, capacity constraints and supply disruptions.\nDirect Import Order Management\nWork with plants to provide response to meet Order Inquires from DI customers on daily basis.\nReview reason codes for un-met Order Inquires and seek opportunities to improve committed schedules\nDeal with DI Customer Fulfillment team and plant on DI order related issues to support customer requirements. \nData Analysis, Reporting and Communication\nAnalyze planning data, demand trends and supply performance to support decision making.\nPrepare and maintain supply planning reports and deck for meeting.\nTrack key KPIs and monitor plant performance.\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on the supply related issue and drive timely resolution.\nData Analysis, Reporting and Communication\nAnalyze planning data, demand trends and supply performance to support decision making.\nPrepare and maintain supply planning reports and deck for meeting.\nTrack key KPIs and monitor plant performance.\nCommunicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams on the supply related issue and drive timely resolution.\nOthers\nParticipate in enhancement projects to improve supply planning process and efficiency.\nHandle Ad-hoc requests, projects and reports.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives focused on enhancing planning processes and automate manual processes.\n What We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. \n3 to 5 years of experience in supply planning, production planning and manufacturing, preferably in the toy or consumer goods industry. \nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to manage complex issues. \nStrong communication, negotiation and collaboration skills.\nProficiency in advanced supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tableau) and data analysis tools. \nKnowledge and experience with Power BI and Macro are preferred.\nAbility to think strategically and execute tactically in a dynamic environment. \nGood command in both spoken and written English (be able to communicate in Mandarin is an advantage)\n Don’t meet every single requirement?
