This role requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, judgment, professionalism, and a service-oriented mindset in a fast-paced executive environment.\nThe Executive Driver serves as an extension of the Office of the Chairman & CEO and works closely with Global Security & Investigations, Executive Administration, Facilities, and external vendors to ensure seamless daily operations and executive support.\nThis position has evolved into a highly autonomous executive support role requiring security mindset, operational judgment, flexibility, and proactive support beyond traditional driving responsibilities.\n The Opportunity:\nWhat Your Impact Will Be:\nExecutive Transportation & Security Support\nProvide daily transportation support for the Chairman & CEO to business appointments, meetings, events, airports, and offsite engagements\nCoordinate and support transportation logistics for private aviation, commercial flights, board meetings, investor meetings, entertainment events, retreats, and other high-profile engagements\nProvide transportation and logistical support for the Chairman & CEO, as directed\nMaintain ongoing communication with Mattel Global Security regarding executive movement, route planning, timing updates, and security considerations\nCoordinate with LAX VIP Services, FBOs, hotels, and third-party transportation/security vendors as needed\nSupport transportation and logistics for Mattel Board members, senior executives, and visiting guests when required\nExecutive Office & Administrative Support\nSupport the Office of the Chairman & CEO with operational and administrative tasks during non-driving hours\nAssist with document, package, mail, and confidential material pick-up and delivery\nRun approved business and errands on behalf of the Chairman & CEO and executive office\nAssist with travel-day logistics including luggage handling, airport coordination, hospitality setup, and executive arrivals/departures\nSupport executive meetings, events, and offsite logistics as needed\nProvide operational support across Executive Administration, Global Security, Facilities, and related departments when required\nExecutive Office Coordination\nRespond professionally and promptly to assignments, scheduling changes, and operational requests from the Office of the Chairman & CEO, including Executive Administration, Executive Assistants, the Chief of Staff, and other authorized office personnel\nSupport the evolving operational and logistical needs of the Office of the Chairman & CEO with flexibility, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach\nVehicle & Fleet Management\nMaintain assigned company vehicles to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, readiness, and presentation\nCoordinate with Global Security for routine maintenance, inspections, fueling, registration, servicing, and repairs for executive vehicles\nConduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure operational reliability and safety compliance\nMaintain accurate mileage logs, maintenance records, expense reporting, and activity reporting\nEvent & Executive Support\nAssist with transportation, logistics, and onsite support for Mattel corporate events, premieres, investor meetings, influencer events, and Board activities\nSupport high-profile events requiring executive transportation coordination, staging, guest movement, and after-hours support\nProvide professional support to executive guests, business partners, talent, and VIP visitors as needed\nExecutive Security Responsibilities\nAlways maintain situational awareness while transporting executives and proactively identify potential safety or security concerns.\nPlan and utilize the safest and most efficient travel routes, considering traffic conditions, road closures, special events, demonstrations, and other security-related factors.\nUnderstand and, when appropriate, utilize approved primary and alternate travel routes through safer operating areas in coordination with Global Security.\nAttend and successfully complete Executive Driver and Security Driver Training, including periodic refresher training as required.\nMaintain a working knowledge of basic executive protection principles, emergency procedures, suspicious activity recognition, and incident reporting protocols.\nImmediately communicate security concerns, route changes, incidents, or emergencies to Mattel Global Security and follow established escalation procedures.\nClearly document security and safety incidents, working time, routes taken, and fuel consumption.\n What We’re skills, with the ability to manage transportation and operational responsibilities effectively.\nAbility to collaborate professionally with executives, family members, executive assistants, vendors, security personnel, and external stakeholders.\nExcellent driving skills with a strong commitment to safety.\nValid driver’s license and satisfactory completion of a motor vehicle record (MVR) check to ensure compliance with company safety requirements.\nProficiency with GPS systems, smartphones, navigation tools, scheduling platforms, and other communication technology.\nCurrent AED/CPR certification, or ability to obtain certification as required.\nFlexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and changing schedules based on business and executive needs.\nAbility to perform additional executive operations and support responsibilities as assigned by the Office of the Chairman & CEO, Executive Administration, or Global Security & Investigations.\n Don’t meet
