This role is responsible for administering and supporting enterprise-grade email security systems, PKI infrastructure, web application firewalls (WAF), and certificate lifecycle management platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tools such as Checkpoint Harmony, Keyfactor, and Imperva WAF, and possess a solid understanding of Microsoft 365 mail routing, DNS TXT records, and external Certificate Authorities.\nRoles and Responsibilities\nEmail Security\nAdminister and support enterprise email security platforms using Checkpoint Harmony.\n\nMaintain and troubleshoot email security records such as DMARC, DKIM, and SPF.\n\nCollaborate with O365 messaging teams to resolve mail delivery and routing issues.\n\nWork closely with the Wintel/DNS teams to manage and troubleshoot DNS TXT records.\n\nPublic Key Infrastructure (PKI)\nAdminister and support enterprise PKI infrastructure using Keyfactor.\n\nCreate and modify certificate workflows, templates, and custom reports in Keyfactor.\n\nManage and track certificate lifecycles to prevent service disruptions.\n\nSupport integrations for certificate automation via Keyfactor or similar tools.\n\nMaintain CRLs and SCEP servers.\n\nResolve incidents related to PKI and certificates from all levels of the incident queue.\n\nWeb Application Firewall (WAF)\nAdminister and support Imperva WAF platform.\n\nOnboard and offboard websites to the WAF environment.\n\nTroubleshoot web application issues related to WAF configurations.\n\nCreate, update, and tune WAF policies to ensure application availability and security.\n\nWork closely with the Wintel/DNS teams to manage and troubleshoot DNS TXT records and CNAMES\n\nSkills and Qualifications\nRequired:\n7+ years of experience in Network Security operations,\n\nProven expertise with Enterprise Email Security, PKI and WAF platforms\n\nStrong understanding of Microsoft 365 mail flow, mail routing, and security policies.\n\nExperience with Windows Server configuration for PKI\n\nExperience or knowledge of external DNS records (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).\n\nProficiency with certificate management platforms like Keyfactor or Venafi.\n\nExperience with external Certificate Authorities (e.g., GlobalSign, Entrust, DigiCert).\n\nHands-on experience with Microsoft PKI environments.\n\nFamiliarity with Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).\n\nExperience working in mid to large enterprise environments.\n\nAbility to work in a 24/7 operational environment.\n\nStrong troubleshooting skills and experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems.\n\nAbility to write and maintain clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).\n\nExperience supporting compliance and audit initiatives (e.g., SOX, NIST CSF, PCI).\n\nAbility to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and vendors.\n\nPreferred:\nBachelor’s degree in information technology, Cybersecurity, or related discipline\n\nCertifications such as Checkpoint Harmony Endpoint Specialist R81.20 (CCES), Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate, Proofpoint Threat Protection Administrator\n\nExperience with ServiceNow ITSM processes and workflow automation.\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nDemonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning, embracing challenges, and improving themselves.\n Don’t meet every single requirement?
