What Your Impact Will Be: Lead product development (D&D) activities, including design project kickoffs, work-in-progress (WIP) reviews, and cost-reduction meetings. Collaborate closely with ES Design teams and Engineering to align on design intent, technical feasibility, and product expectations throughout the development process. Develop and manage comprehensive design specifications, including 3D geometry, materials, colors, surface finishes, etching, aesthetic details, play features, and overall play value.
