Tu travailleras directement avec les fondateurs et auras un impact significatif sur notre entreprise en pleine croissance.\nMissions\nPiloter le cabinet externe pour l'onboarding et offboarding, la mutuelle, la médecine du travail, et le suivi des congés.\nAssurer le bon fonctionnement des locaux, la gestion des prestataires et réparations, et la sécurité des locaux.\nOrganiser les événements internes, l'offsite annuel, et fournir un soutien logistique à l'équipe.\nProfil recherché\n**Indispensable*** **2 à 5 ans d'expérience** en office management, assistanat administratif ou de gestion, idéalement en PME ou environnement en croissance.\n* **Fiable et rigoureux(se) avant tout.** On te confie des sujets sensibles (RH, paie, finance) : la discrétion et le sérieux ne sont pas négociables.\n* **Organisé(e) et orienté(e) process.** Tu sais prioriser, ordonner tes échéances et ne rien laisser tomber, même quand plusieurs sujets tombent en même temps.\n* **Polyvalent(e) et débrouillard(e).** Le poste touche à tout, du courrier au DUERP en passant par le co-working. Aucune tâche ne te semble au-dessus de toi.\n* **Anglais lu et écrit :** tu sais lire et répondre à un mail en anglais.
