This is a high-ownership role where you will make foundational architecture decisions, build the first production systems, and help define the engineering direction of the DAM platform.\nResponsibilities:\nArchitect and build a production-grade DAM platform from scratch.\nBuild high-performance inline proxies for database traffic inspection and enforcement.\nDesign network sidecars and transparent traffic interception mechanisms.\nBuild eBPF-based visibility across processes, sockets, and network activity.\nParse and analyze database protocols such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, SQL Server, and others.\nCorrelate queries with users, workloads, services, and application identities.\nDesign for extremely low latency, high throughput, fault tolerance, and graceful degradation.\nBuild for Kubernetes, cloud, hybrid, and enterprise environments.\nOwn architecture reviews, performance benchmarks, and engineering standards.\nMentor engineers and work directly with founders, product, and security research teams.\nRequirements:\n7-11 years of strong software engineering experience.\nDeep understanding of Linux internals, networking, processes, sockets, and TCP/IP.\nStrong experience with Go, C++, Rust, C, or similar systems programming languages.\nExperience building high-performance distributed or networked systems.\nStrong understanding of concurrency, performance optimization, and production debugging.\nExperience with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.\nAbility to independently take ambiguous technical problems from architecture to
