platform experiences across enterprise web applications.\nDesign scalable workflows, navigation systems, dashboards, alert systems, and enterprise interactions.\nWork closely with product and engineering teams to define product experiences from concept to delivery.\nTranslate complex technical requirements into intuitive and usable workflows.\nImprove user efficiency, discoverability, clarity, and workflow scalability across the platform.\nDrive information architecture and interaction design decisions for complex systems.\nConduct user research, workflow analysis, usability reviews, and competitor benchmarking.\nDesign wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity product experiences.\nContribute to and evolve scalable design systems and UX standards.\nBalance business goals, user needs, and technical constraints in design decisions.\nCollaborate directly with enterprise stakeholders and internal teams to understand real customer pain points.\nParticipate in product strategy discussions and influence UX direction across the platform.\nMentor junior and mid-level designers through reviews and collaborative feedback.\n\nRequirements: \n6-7 years of experience in UX/ Product Design: Strong experience designing B2B SaaS or enterprise platforms.\nProven experience working on complex workflows, dashboards, admin systems, or workflow-heavy products.\nStrong product-thinking and systems-thinking mindsets.\nExpertise in information architecture, interaction design, usability, and workflow optimization.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma and modern product design processes.\nStrong understanding of enterprise UX patterns, scalability, and component-driven systems.\nAbility to simplify highly technical or data-heavy workflows into intuitive user experiences.\nExperience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Leadership, and Customers.\nStrong understanding of user behavior, cognitive load, decision-making patterns, and usability principles.\nAbility to communicate design rationale clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.\nPortfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped enterprise products.\nThink beyond screens and focus on solving business problems.\nUnderstand enterprise workflows and operational complexity.\nCan structure complex information into intuitive systems.\nCare deeply about usability, scalability, and product impact.\nAre comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-moving environments.\nCan challenge assumptions and contribute strategically to product decisions.\nUnderstand that great UX is about clarity, trust, speed, and decision-making.\n\nGood to Have: \nExperience designing cybersecurity, AI, cloud, analytics, or data platforms.\nUnderstanding of enterprise security or compliance workflows.\nExperience with large datasets, monitoring systems, alerts, filters, permissions, and admin workflows.\nKnowledge of accessibility standards and enterprise UX best practices.\nExperience conducting usability testing and customer interviews.\nFamiliarity with frontend technologies and implementation constraints.\nUnderstanding of AI-assisted
