Using advanced metals chemistry, you’llhelp tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern lifeand supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refiningand recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.\nThe role:\nProvide practical EHS advice, coaching and support to operational teams, helping ensure safe and compliant working practices.\n\nSupport the delivery of the site EHS plan and continuous improvement programmesfocused on reducing risk and improving performance.\n\nLead or support incident investigations, audits, inspectionsand behavioral safety activities.\n\nAssistwith emergency planning arrangements and support COMAH compliance requirements across the site.\n\nDevelop and promote Safe Systems of Work, including permit-to-work and high-risk activity controls.\n\nDeliver EHS training and collaborate with leaders, contractorsand employees to strengthen safety culture.\n\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:\nNEBOSH Certificate with progress towards a Diploma or equivalent health and safety qualification.\n\nExperience in an industrial, engineeringor process-manufacturing environment.\n\nWorking knowledge of ISO 14001, ISO 45001, COMAH, COSHHand environmental permitting requirements.\n\nQualified auditor with experience supporting management system compliance and continual improvement.\n\nStrong communicationskills with the ability to present complex information clearly to a range of stakeholders.\n\nAbility to build effective working relationships and influence positive EHS behavioursat all levels.\n\nEven if you only match some of the skills, we’dlove to hear from you to discuss further!\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitiveand aligned to individual roles, experienceand responsibilities.
