Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.\nThe role:\nDevelop and deliver Johnson Matthey’s global Facilities Management strategy, aligning services with business priorities across an international portfolio.\n\nProvide leadership across building infrastructure, workplace services and operational performance, ensuring safe, compliant and efficient facilities.\n\nLead governance of strategic FM suppliers and partners, driving service excellence, innovation and commercial value.\n\nInfluence senior stakeholders and collaborate across functions to support transformation programmes and workplace improvement initiatives.\n\nSupport financial oversight of a global FM spend exceeding, ensuring strong forecasting, investment planning and cost control.\n\nLeverage data, technology and performance insights to enhance asset reliability, customer experience and sustainability outcomes.\n\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:\nExtensive experience in senior global or EMEA Facilities Management leadership roles within complex, multi-site organisations.\n\nStrong knowledge of building infrastructure, asset management, compliance and workplace operations.\n\nProven success leading outsourced service models, supplier governance and large-scale transformation programmes.\n\nCommercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets, business cases and performance improvement initiatives.\n\nAbility to influence and build credibility with executive stakeholders across global business functions.\n\nProfessional qualifications such as IWFM, IFMA, RICS, IOSH, NEBOSH or equivalent are desirable.\n\nEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
