As a IT Change and Problem Analyst you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future.\nYour work will directly support JM’s mission as a global leader in sustainable technologies, helping to transform energy systems and reduce carbon emissions to create a cleaner, brighter future.\nThe role:\nAs an IT Change and Problem Analyst you will help drive our goals by:\nCoordinate and govern IT changes throughout the change lifecycle, ensuring compliance with the organization's Change Management process.\nReview change records for quality and completeness, including risk, impact, implementation plans, testing evidence, rollback plans, affected services/CIs and business impact.\nChallenge inadequate change submissions and work with change owners to improve quality before approval.\nCoordinate and support Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings, ensuring appropriate representation, decisions and actions are captured.\nMonitor upcoming change activity to identify scheduling conflicts, dependencies and potential service risks.\nSupport the governance of Standard, Normal and Emergency Changes and ensure the appropriate approval path is followed.\nTrack change performance, including successful, failed, backed out and emergency changes, and identify trends requiring intervention.\nEnsure appropriate post-implementation reviews are completed for failed, high-risk or significant changes.\nEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:\nProven experience operating in a global / multi-national environment\nHands-on experience with ITSM platforms; exposure to BMC Helix is an advantage\nStrong working knowledge of IT systems and applications (MS Office, Outlook, core enterprise tools)\nStrong problem-solving capability with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset\nAnalytical and structured in approach, with attention to detail and data-driven thinking\nClear and confident communicator, both written and verbal, with strong stakeholder \nITIL Foundation certified\nWorking in Complex and International Teams\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
