You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.\nThe role:\nAs an Operator I: Entry Level Operator, you will help drive our goals by:\nTaking responsibility for your own safety, complying with JMs safe working practices and following PPE direction and contributing to a healthy and safe working environment\nFollow all relevant process related documentation such as risk analysis, process instructions and standard work documents\nSupporting the operations team in the skilled execution of operator activities and adhering to the production schedule to ensure the on-time delivery of quality product\nCompleting all necessary batch sheets and handovers to ensure continuous production\nMaking suggestions for process improvements within area of responsibility\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:\nA minimum of 4 GCSE's or equivalent, at Grade A* to C including English, Maths and Science - Essential\nA minimum of 2 'A' Levels, or equivalent, in an engineering or science related subject - Desirable\nNo prerequisite experience required but previous experience in the chemical process industry, engineering\nand/or manufacturing - Desirable\nUnderstanding of large-scale complex manufacturing facilities/plants - Desirable\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
