You’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern society and enhancing lives - as we continue to apply, refine and recycle metals that matter, for a healthier and more resilient future.\nThe role:\nAs an Process Commissioning Engineer, you will help drive our goals by:\nDefine the systemisation and the approach of the process for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Obtain agreement/ buy-in from all disciplines within the commissioning team.\n\nCollation and indexing of project and commissioning handover documentation for the operation and maintenance of equipment, piping and instrumentation.\n\nGenerate commissioning documentation for assigned systems, this includes but is not limited to IQ/OQ/PQ test protocols, IQ/OQ/PQ Completion Certificates, Punch List Register and check sheets for Equipment, piping, instrumentation and control systems. (IQ Installation qualification, OQ Operational Qualification, PQ Process Qualification).\n\nCoordinate the creation of SOP and Training Packages for assigned systems.\n\nLead the co-ordination of the commissioning activities, monitor process parameters and specifications for all\n\noperational processes. Troubleshoot issues and recommend process changes as a result of learns through the commissioning process to ensure operations are designed optimally.\n\nParticipate in the escalation of key issues, presenting problem statements and documentation, as well as appropriate proposals for resolution and progress.\n\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role :\nEducated to degree level in Chemical Engineering or other technical discipline or equivalent experience - Essential\n\nExperience (2 to 4 years) in Process commissioning or process operation at plant scale. - Essential\n\nExperience of structured problem-solving tools and techniques (e.g. RCA, 5 why’s) - Essential\n\nKnowledge and operating experience of typical unit operations such as precipitation, filtration, effluent treatment, solids handling and thermal processes - Essential\n\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
