Using advanced metals chemistry, you’ll help tackle the world’s biggest challenges - cutting emissions, powering modern life and supporting life-saving technologies - by applying, refining and recycling metals that matter for a healthier, more sustainable, circular future.\nThe role:\nAs a Procurement Data and Insights Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:\nDeveloping and maintaining Power BI dashboards that provide actionable insights into global procurement spend, performance trends, opportunities and risks\n\nSupporting the collection, validation and analysis of spend data across sectors, regions and business units to improve visibility and decision making\n\nPartnering with category managers to deliver reporting and analytics that support category strategies across direct and indirect spend areas\n\nIdentifying cost optimisation and savings opportunities through detailed spend analysis and market data interpretation\n\nReviewing complex bills of materials and indirect cost structures to challenge assumptions and highlight improvement opportunities\n\nCommunicating reporting outputs, insights and recommendations to stakeholders across procurement, finance and senior leadership teams.\n\nKey skills that will help you succeed in this role:\nAbility to translate data into clear business insights and recommendations for a range of stakeholders\n\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, including presenting findings to senior audiences\n\nExperience creating and enhancing Power BI dashboards, reports and data visualisations\n\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex procurement, cost and spend datasets\n\nExperience working within procurement, supply chain, sourcing, commercial or finance environments (nice to have)\n\nAdvanced Excel and data management skills, with a focus on reporting accuracy and data quality.\n\nEven if you only match some of the skills, we’d love to hear from you to discuss further!\nWhat we offer:\nWe make sure salaries are fair, competitive and aligned to individual roles, experience and responsibilities.
