In this role, you'll help bring global brand strategies to life in the Czech and Slovak markets by adapting campaigns for local consumers, coordinating their execution, and tracking their impact on business performance.\nWhat will you be doing?\nSupport the execution of marketing campaigns for Pepsi, Mirinda and 7UP across the Czech and Slovak markets.\n\nAdapt global marketing campaigns and materials to local market needs.\n\nCoordinate campaign execution across multiple channels, including TV, digital, social media, influencer marketing and PR.\n\nWork closely with the Trade Marketing team to deliver BTL activations, including in-store POS materials, events and sampling activities.\n\nCollaborate with creative and media agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time and in line with brand guidelines.\n\nSupport consumer activations, promotional campaigns and new product launches.\n\nPrepare presentations, reports and post-campaign evaluations.\n\nMonitor brand performance using internal and external data sources and identify opportunities for growth.\n\nPartner closely with Trade Marketing, Sales, Finance and Supply Chain teams.\n\nSupport day-to-day marketing operations, including SAP processes, purchase orders, internal reporting and packaging/material localization.\n\nWho are we looking for?\nThis role is a great fit for someone who already has some marketing experience and is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced international FMCG environment. We're looking for someone who enjoys turning plans into action, coordinating multiple stakeholders and using data to support decision-making.\nMarketing & Commercial Mindset\nYou have experience in marketing (brand, trade, product marketing or agency environment), ideally within FMCG, and are excited about working with international brands.\n\nAnalytical Thinking\nYou are comfortable working with data and translating insights into clear business recommendations.
