As the external trade compliance environment evolves, Mattson Technology now operates independently from the parent company in product, business, and operations, serving customers outside of China.\nKey Responsibilities:\nAble to perform installation, calibration, repairing and maintenance of equipment at customer site, troubleshoot electrical/electronic systems, assemblies, and subassemblies from using block diagrams\nAble to perform equipment upgrades\nAble to work independently\nDevelop strong customer relationships at multiple levels in the customer organization.\nManage customer's expectations\nManage day-to-day service activities at assigned customer sites\nWork with end users to schedule work tasks as required\nReport and track activities including installations and equipment issues\nPerform preventative and corrective maintenance tasks as necessary\nCompiles data for and prepares regularly scheduled or special reports, analysis, and statements.\nInterfacing with customer on technical matters\nExercises considerable latitude in determining technical objectives of assignment.
