You will safeguard MatX's business interests, streamline contract workflows, and ensure strict compliance across all supply chain activities.\nIn this role, you will serve as the primary bridge between Supply Chain, Sourcing, Engineering, and Legal, maintaining high-velocity contracting while reducing commercial and legal exposure.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nManage end-to-end contract administration, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and executing MSAs, DSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and SLAs\n\nEstablish and maintain a centralized Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system to ensure audit readiness and seamless record-keeping\n\nMonitor key contract milestones, renewal windows, pricing escalations, and performance obligations across major supply partners\n\nPartner closely with Legal to implement standardized contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and risk assessment frameworks\n\nEnsure supplier adherence to contractual terms, IP protection requirements, confidentiality guidelines, and regulatory standards\n\nResolve contractual disputes or non-conformance issues in close collaboration with Sourcing and Legal counsel\n\nWho You Are:\n5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or commercial contract administration in high-tech or high volume manufacturing sectors\n\nDeep understanding of commercial law concepts, contract terms, IP licensing, liability limits, and indemnity clauses\n\nHands-on experience deploying or administering CLM software platforms (e.g., DocuSign CLM)\n\nMeticulous attention to detail with strong organizational and project management capabilities\n\nClear, assertive written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management and contract redlining\n\nThrives under tight timelines while balancing operational speed with legal compliance.\n\nCompensation\nThe US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training.
