You will build and execute supplier strategies that align with our NPI to production schedule, manage rack-level integration partners, ensure top quality, and secure favorable commercial terms.\nIn this role, you will partner closely with Hardware Engineering, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership to identify technical requirements, risk and opportunities, transition key component categories from early development to volume supply.\nWhat You'll Do Here:\nDevelop and execute global strategic sourcing strategies for rack and key hardware component categories\n\nLead commercial negotiations, supplier selections, RFXs, and pricing agreements to ensure best cost, quality, and supply security\n\nManage supplier relationship management (SRM) programs, conducting executive business reviews (EBRs) and supplier scorecards\n\nPartner with Hardware Engineering to assess market capabilities, influence design for total cost of ownership, and mitigate single-source risks\n\nCollaborate with Legal and Contract Management to draft, finalize and execute to commercial and engineering contracts\n\nDrive total cost of ownership (TCO) reduction initiatives while supporting rapid hardware iteration schedules\n\nWho You Are:\n7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, global supply management, or procurement within high-tech, rack manufacturing, or advanced hardware industries\n\nProven track record of negotiating complex multi-million dollar contracts and securing favorable commercial terms with tier-1 suppliers\n\nStrong technical aptitude with the ability to converse effectively with hardware architects and domain engineering leads\n\nDeep familiarity with supply chain dynamics, risk management, and vendor cost structure analysis\n\nExcellent negotiation, presentation, and strategic leadership capabilities.\n\nComfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment requiring end-to-end category ownership\n\nCompensation\nThe US base salary for this full-time position is determined based on a variety of factors including role, experience, location, job related skills, and relevant education and training.
