Aloha~\nThe major function of this position is:\nTo answer incoming telephone inquiries from our customers in a timely, courteous and efficient manner.\nHourly Rate of Pay: $19.50/Hr.\nShift: Monday through Friday (11:30 AM to 7:00 PM)\nThe primary responsibilities and essential duties of this position are:\nServe as the first point of contact to respond professionally and courteously to general and routine customer inquiries, requests and complaints.\n\nAccurately and efficiently input Rx orders into Rx data entry software.\n\nEnsure that orders are entered into the system accurately to meet customer service goals and deadlines.\n\nProfessionally communicate with internal and external customers regarding order status, billing information, shipping and tracking of orders for accounts.\n\nUtilize Company training materials to gather information and execute Company policies and procedures.\n\nBack up the RX Redo/POF & Mail CSR.\n\nPerform all other work-related duties as requested or required.\n\nDesired Qualifications\nAs a guide, indicated below is the preferred education and experience for this position:\nHigh School graduate, with data entry experience and 1-3 years in customer service.
