Responsibilities\n\n Develop and maintain enterprise, operational and risk-appetite frameworks and policies.\n\n Identify, assess, monitor and report strategic, operational, financial, credit and requirements, governance standards and industry best practices.\n\nRequirements\n\n An HND or bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Engineering or a related discipline.\n\n At least five years’ relevant risk-management experience within financial services.\n\n Strong analytical, problem-solving and business-management skills.\n\n Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder-management abilities.\n\n Knowledge of financial-sector regulations and risk-management policies.\n\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases and related software.\n\n Strong attention to detail and the ability to interpret financial and operational data.\n\n A master’s degree or relevant professional qualification will be an
