Full-time\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nWarehouse and Inventory Management\n\n Manage the full range of warehouse functions, covering goods receipt, storage, order picking, packing and dispatch.\n\n Set up and sustain inventory control systems that keep stock records precise and up to date.\n\n Carry out routine stock counts and investigate and resolve any discrepancies that arise.\n\n Ensure solar modules, batteries, inverters and related accessories are stored and handled correctly.\n\n Uphold tidy, well-labelled and well-organised warehouse layouts and housekeeping practices.\n\nLogistics and Supply Chain Coordination\n\n Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments together with suppliers, freight partners and customers.\n\n Plan and monitor delivery schedules to guarantee orders are fulfilled promptly.\n\n Assist with importation processes, associated documentation and liaison with clearing agents when needed.\n\n Keep track of logistics expenditure and contribute to cost-efficiency initiatives.\n\nOperational Support and Process Improvement\n\n Create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) covering warehouse and operational activities.\n\n Refine operational workflows so they can accommodate business growth and expansion.\n\n Facilitate coordination across the sales, technical and training teams.\n\n Monitor operational KPIs and prepare
