management,\noperation and maintenance of the building and its facilities, ensuring safety\nand operational efficiency.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage the\nday-to-day operation and maintenance of the building and its facilities.\nOversee building\nservices, including all MEP systems, and ensure compliance with health, safety\nand statutory requirements.\nSupervise staff,\ncontractors and suppliers, and manage maintenance contracts and operational\nbudgets.\nEnsure prompt\nresolution of tenant concerns and effective coordination of emergency response.\nMonitor building\nperformance and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency.\n\nQualifications and Experience\n\nThe ideal\ncandidate should possess:\n\nA degree or\ndiploma in Facilities Management, Building Services, Mechanical Engineering,\nElectrical Engineering or a related discipline.\nPreferably, at\nleast 10 years of relevant post-degree or post-diploma experience in facilities\nmanagement, building services, engineering or a related field.\nStrong leadership,\ncommunication, organisational and problem-solving skills.\nExperience in a\nsenior or managerial facilities management position.\nExperience in\nmanaging high-rise building or large commercial facilities.\nExperience in\nmanaging contractors, suppliers, maintenance works and operational budgets.\n\nA\ncombination of
