Would also sit in on negotiations and would handle any grievance investigations.\nPerforms other duties as assigned by HR Director.\nRequirements:\nBilingual English/Spanish required\nHigh School diploma or GED required. Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field preferred\n3+ years HR Generalist experience, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.\nDemonstrated ability to model leadership behaviors on a continual basis, partnering with business leaders in a dynamic business setting\nKnowledge of Federal/State laws as they pertain to human resources administration.\nStrong conflict resolution skills\nStrong oral, written and presentation communication skills\nGood organizational, planning and follow up skills\nAbility to travel as needed\nPhysical Requirements:\nAbility to sit for extended period.\nAbility to lift up to 35lbs occasionally.\nAbility to wear all required PPE when on the shop floor: for example hearing protection, steel toe shoes/boots, gloves etc.\nWhen on the floor ability to be in a non-climate-controlled environment where temperatures can be 90+ degrees.\nWhen on the floor ability to be in an environment that has various smells.\nThe shop floor environment can be noisy.\nThe salary range for this position is $90,000-$110,000 per year.
