This is a hands-on position requiring a professional who can \"deep dive\" into complex financial data while remaining focused on the big picture.\nKey Responsibilities\nProcurement Data & Commodity Analysis\nPerform detailed raw material analyses, supplier cost modeling, and commodity index tracking to manage risk and drive cost control.\nCollaborate with global procurement and Strategic Business Unit (SBU) operations to develop streamlined, automated reporting templates that reduce administrative burdens.\nProvide critical analytical support to help teams achieve Mauser Earnings Initiatives Projects (EIP) goals, driving global cost optimization and business process integration.\nFinancial Planning, Analysis & Corporate Reporting\nP&L Variance Analysis: Review and interpret monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements across strategic business units to identify, quantify, and explain variances driven by material price fluctuations, freight volatility, and operational shifts.\nPrepare internal management reporting and analysis to support daily operational decision-making, executive leadership, and Board of Directors presentations.\nLead the development of budgets, financial forecasts, planning models, and monthly inflation data consolidation.\nCollect, consolidate, and validate monthly financial results from multiple business units to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with corporate finance teams.\nAssist in preparing monthly results decks for distribution to executive management and the Board of Directors.\nJob Requirements & Qualifications\nEducation & Experience\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.\nExperience: 5+ years of total professional finance experience, with 3-5 years specifically focused on data analysis and FP&A.
