years of B2B manufacturing sales or distribution sales experience, preferably with industrial-oriented UN packaging.\nA bachelor’s degree preferred but will consider candidates with appropriate industry experience in lieu of college degree.\nSuperior communication skills, both written and verbal, and effective listening skills.\nStrong sales hunter mentality with passion to succeed.\nStrong prospecting and account qualification skills.\nProven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.\nAbility to develop comprehensive understanding of financial and business plans.\nAbility to work in a team environment with senior management as well as plant-level employees.\nMust be comfortable in office, factory and warehouse environments.\nAbility to work with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel (pivot-table experience a plus) and PowerPoint.\nAbility to work in a high-stress environment with the ability to problem solve, prioritize and react quickly\nStrong organizational skills with a high attention to detail. \nExperience with SalesForce.com or similar CRM tool.\nAbility to be on the road 60-70% of the
