Maven is building the first general-purpose robotics system for industrial work. Our mission is to activate autonomous labor at scale and build toward infinitely elastic industrial capacity. We’re a team of engineers, researchers, and operators who have spent our careers working on the hardest problems in AI, robotics, engineering, and autonomous systems. We work at the intersection of advanced research and real-world engineering, turning ideas into prototypes and deployed systems.\nAt Maven, we build around the realities of industrial work. The robots are designed from first principles for complex physical environments and rigorous commercial standards. They master real tasks that deliver immediate impact, industrial-grade reliability, and intelligence that compounds at scale. We’re growing an ambitious team of people who think in systems, move quickly, and are builders at heart.\nAbout the Role\nAs a Manufacturing Technician at Maven Robotics, you will create sub-assemblies, build wiring harnesses and fully assemble robots. You will work closely with mechanical, electrical, and integration teams to build, configure complex electromechanical systems and prototypes. \nWhat You’ll Do\nAssembly & Integration: Build and configure complex electromechanical assemblies using engineering drawings, schematics, and instructions.\nWiring & Electrical: Perform soldering, harness assembly, crimping, and custom wiring in accordance with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards.\nTesting & Troubleshooting: Execute end-of-line tests and diagnose mechanical and electrical system failures.\nProcess Improvement: Improve lab efficiency, SOPs, and assembly and testing procedures.\nLab Maintenance & Safety: Maintain equipment calibration, manage inventory, and ensure compliance with robotics lab safety protocols\nWhat We’re Looking For\n3+ years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, assembly, or prototyping environments\nHigh school diploma, vocational certification, or equivalent practical/military experience\nAbility to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams\nProficiency with multimeters and precision assembly tools, including calipers and torque wrenches\nKnowledge of laboratory safety standards and protocols\nStrong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention to detail\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset\nNice to Have\nExperience with robot assembly\nRelevant industry certifications (e.g., IPC standards, Machining/CNC, ISO quality standards\nPrior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing or prototyping environment\nEqual Opportunity\nMaven Robotics is an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.","description_format":"text","description_chars":2855,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":{"level":"high_school","optional":false},"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":[],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Robotics AI","Humanoid Robots"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-19T11:59:31Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"US","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"H-1B filings in 12 months: 4","filings_12m":4,"filings_prev_12m":1,"green_card_filings_12m":0,"median_offered_wage_usd":157500,"route":null,"cap_exempt":false,"checked_at":"2026-10-15T11:24:14+00:00","sources":["US Department of Labor: LCA disclosure data (H-1B, H-1B1, E-3)"],"filings_for_role_12m":0}],"liveness":{"score":86,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.86,"p_room":1,"age_days":6,"expected_fill_days":546,"reasons":["conf:1","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-26T05:57:25Z"},"pay":null,"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/maven-robotics-manufacturing-technician","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/maven-robotics-manufacturing-technician.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-26T11:15:21Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":15143,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-27T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":678672},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=678672"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmaven-robotics-manufacturing-technician"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmaven-robotics-manufacturing-technician"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmaven-robotics-manufacturing-technician"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/maven-robotics-manufacturing-technician\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmaven-robotics-manufacturing-technician"}]}
