The eligible candidate must be willing to trade a variety of instruments to help expand the expansion of our US office in Chicago. \nRESPONSIBILITIES:\nDay-to-day responsibility of the options book\nRigorous risk management and perfect compliance with regulatory rules\nImproving strategies through analysis, prototyping and collaboration with developers\nProactive behavior in helping other books achieve their goals through observation and analysis of trading behavior\nDesigning and implementing new trading strategies\nOpenness to trading new products and willingness to set them up\nTo comply with all applicable Compliance policies, procedures, laws and regulations.\nCANDIDATE SPECIFICATIONS:\nPrior options trading experience\nSuccessful track record of proven P&L and market share\nGood understanding of trading systems\nOutstanding numerical and analytical skills\nFamiliarity with automated options trading strategies and an interest in their development\nProactive interest in improving existing trading strategies and identifying new opportunities\nAbility to take a high level of responsibility in an expanding, highly successful firm\nExcellent attention to detail\nFast problem solving skills\nEmbodiment of Maven’s core values: Integrity and fairness, market leading, creativity, individual and collective success, discipline and accountability\nProgramming skills (desirable)\nExperience using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency and workflows.\nOur Benefits\nAt Maven our goal is to create an environment that empowers and motivates our employees to maximize their potential.
