The ideal candidate will have a background in telecommunications, basic hands-on experience in KPI monitoring and incident management, and the willingness to work in a 24×7 operational environment. Key Responsibilities\nMonitor network performance and service KPIs on a real-time basis. \nIdentify, analyze, and report network alarms, alerts, and performance issues. \nCreate, log, and manage incidents/tickets in accordance with defined SLAs. \nPerform initial troubleshooting and follow standard operating procedures (SOPs). \nEscalate incidents to L2/L3 teams as per escalation matrix and guidelines. \nCoordinate with internal teams and, where required, external vendors for issue resolution. \nMaintain accurate records of incidents, actions taken, and resolutions. \nEnsure timely communication and updates to stakeholders during incidents. \nAdhere to shift schedules and support 24×7 NOC operations. \nJob Requirements\nEducational background in telecommunications, Electronics, or a related field. \n0-2 years of experience in NOC, Network Monitoring, or a similar role. \nHands-on experience in KPI monitoring and incident creation/management. \nBasic understanding of telecom networks and concepts. \nFamiliarity with monitoring tools and ticketing systems is an advantage. \nGood verbal and written communication skills. \nAbility to work under pressure and handle multiple incidents simultaneously. \nStrong attention to detail and willingness to learn. \n Accessibility\nMavenir is committed to working with and providing reasonable accommodation to individuals with physical and mental disabilities.
