Responsibilities : \n\nService Delivery & Operations Management : \n\n- Own and govern infrastructure and platform support services across all technology towers.\n\n- Ensure stable and reliable activities.\n\nTechnical Project Management : \n\n- Manage end-to-end delivery of infrastructure, platform, cloud, and operational improvement projects.\n\n- Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.\n\n- Manage project dependencies across infrastructure, application, database, middleware, and platform teams.\n\n- Coordinate infrastructure refresh, upgrades, migrations, patching, and DR initiatives.\n\n- Provide regular executive reporting and project status updates.\n\nT24 Support Governance : \n\n- Coordinate T24 application support activities across infrastructure and application teams.\n\n- Work closely with Temenos vendors and internal business stakeholders.\n\n- Ensure environment availability and operational readiness for T24-related services.\n\n- Support release planning, production deployments, upgrades, and issue management for T24 platforms.\n\n- Facilitate problem resolution across database, middleware, OS, and platform layers impacting T24.\n\nCloud & DevOps Coordination : \n\n- Support cloud adoption, migration, and modernization initiatives.\n\n- Coordinate CI/CD implementation and deployment planning activities.\n\n- Monitor platform automation initiatives and infrastructure-as-code adoption.\n\n- Ensure DevOps and SRE practices are aligned with operational objectives.\n\n- Work with engineering
