bookkeeping and payroll to VAT and Corporate Tax submissions.\nKey Responsibilities\nAccounting & Financial Management\nManage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting across multiple companies.\nMaintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.\nManage company expenses, receipts, invoices and reimbursements.\nPerform bank and credit card reconciliations.\nPrepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance sheets and cash flow reports.\nMonitor outstanding invoices, payments and company expenditure.\nUAE Tax & Regulatory Compliance\nEnsure compliance with UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations.\nPrepare, review and submit quarterly VAT returns through the FTA portal.\nPrepare and submit UAE Corporate Tax returns within statutory deadlines.\nMaintain appropriate tax records and supporting documentation.\nManage tax registration, renewals, amendments and deregistration where required.\nEnsure compliance with applicable UAE accounting standards and IFRS requirements.\nMonitor tax deadlines and proactively advise management of upcoming obligations.\nPayroll & Employee Expenses\nPrepare and process monthly payroll.\nManage UAE Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements where applicable.\nCalculate employee benefits, leave balances and end-of-service gratuity.\nManage employee expense claims and reimbursements.\nMaintain accurate payroll and employee payment records.\nFinancial Reporting & Administration\nProvide monthly financial summaries to company directors.\nAssist with budgeting, financial forecasting and cash flow planning.\nCoordinate with external auditors and tax advisers when required.\nMaintain organised financial records for each legal entity.\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and control costs.\nEssential Requirements\nProven UAE accounting experience is mandatory.\nStrong working knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and FTA procedures.\nDemonstrable experience preparing and submitting VAT and Corporate Tax returns.\nExperience managing accounting for multiple UAE companies, including free zone entities.\nGood understanding of UAE payroll, WPS and end-of-service calculations.\nProficiency in accounting software such as Zoho Books, Xero or QuickBooks.\nStrong Excel skills and financial reporting capabilities.\nExcellent attention to detail, organisation and confidentiality.\nAbility to work independently and meet statutory deadlines.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.\nACCA, CPA, CA or equivalent qualification preferred.\nExperience working with Dubai free zone companies.\nExperience supporting SMEs, technology companies or
