L'addetto alla contabilità è responsabile della gestione della contabilità e della situazione fiscale dell'azienda, curando il corretto svolgimento dei processi amministrativi e contabili nel rispetto delle scadenze e della normativa vigente.

Ha come obiettivi principali: - gestione della documentazione amministrativa relativa alle attività aziendali - monitoraggio di ogni movimento contabile nel rispetto delle deadline assegnate

Responsabilities:

  • Effettuare con attenzione le registrazioni contabili periodiche fiscali, apportando eventuali correzioni ove necessario
  • Individuare le modalità operative per il trattamento contabile delle operazioni, applicando le regole imposte dalla normativa civilistica e i principi contabili per la tenuta della contabilità
  • Curare la produzione della reportistica, monitorando i flussi al fine di garantire la salute economico-finanziaria dell'azienda
  • Verificare i movimenti contabili relativi all'attività aziendale
  • Diploma e/o Laurea ad indirizzo economico
  • Esperienza maturata in ruoli di ambito amministrativo-contabile (se maturata all'interno di realtà medio-strutturate plus)
  • Conoscenza di SAP (plus)
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto office
  • Capacità di lavorare in team
  • Abilità di Time management e organizzazione del lavoro
