You will be responsible for:\nDesigning and deploying enterprise-grade AI agent systems\nBuilding working prototypes and production-ready AI automations\nSelecting and implementing best-in-class AI models and frameworks\nArchitecting multi-agent workflows\nIntegrating AI into CRM and business systems\nSupporting the creation of modular AI solutions for repeatable deployment\nThis is not a management-only role. We are looking for someone who actively builds.\nKey Responsibilities\nAI Agent Design & Deployment\nDesign, build and optimise:\nAI Sales Agents (SDR automation, lead qualification, CRM updates)\nAI Customer Service Agents (ticket triage, response drafting, sentiment analysis)\nAI Recruitment Agents (CV screening, candidate scoring, AI interviewers)\nAI Executive Insight Agents (KPI summaries, reporting automation)\nExperience required in:\nMulti-agent systems\nTool / function calling\nRetrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)\nMemory systems and vector databases\nWorkflow orchestration for AI agents\nLLM & Model Experience\nHands-on experience with:\nOpenAI ecosystem (production or prototype deployments)\nAnthropic Claude\nGoogle Gemini\nAzure OpenAI\nOpen-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral or similar)\nStructured outputs and guardrails\nModel selection based on use case, latency and cost\nCRM & System Integrations\nExperience integrating AI systems with:\nSalesforce (preferred but not essential)\nMicrosoft Dynamics\nHubSpot\nZoho\nUnderstanding of:\nREST APIs\nOAuth authentication\nWebhooks\nAutomation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n or similar)\nSalesforce CRM experience is preferred but not essential.\nAI Data & Knowledge Architecture\nExperience with:\nVector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma or similar)\nKnowledge retrieval systems\nSemantic data structuring\nBusiness data modelling for AI use cases\nConversational & Voice AI\nExperience with:\nConversational AI frameworks\nAI voice agents\nSpeech-to-text and text-to-speech systems\nTelephony or real-time AI integrations\nGovernance & Responsible AI\nKnowledge of:\nData governance principles\nPrompt injection mitigation\nAI monitoring and evaluation\nResponsible AI deployment\nCandidate Requirements\n12-24 months hands-on experience building AI agents or AI automation systems\nProven working prototype examples of AI agents already built and deployed (must be able to demonstrate)\nStrong systems-thinking and architecture mindset\nComfortable operating in a fast-moving innovation environment\nCommercial awareness and ability to translate technical solutions into business outcomes\nThis role is suited to a builder who has already created real AI agents and wants to scale that experience into enterprise-grade deployments.\nWhat You Will Help Build\nA full AI
