The ideal candidate will have proven experience running successful campaigns in Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or DevOps technology markets, and a strong ability to translate budgets into measurable leads.\nRequirements\n⸻\nResponsibilities\nDesign and execute Google Ads for our subscription-based services (Salesforce/CRM-focused).\nConduct keyword analysis and strategy for targeting companies searching for Salesforce services, CRM solutions, or ERP consulting.\nProvide keyword research reports with rationale, CPC estimates, and expected results.\nCreate measurable strategies to generate 2-3 qualified leads/month within a $1,000/month ad spend.\nBuild re-targeting/programmatic ad funnels for Corporate Service Cloud leads who visit landing pages but do not convert.\nCollaborate with our design team to develop ad creatives and graphics.\nTrack, report, and optimize campaigns continuously for ROI and lead quality.\nAdvise on SEO strategy for new website launches and landing pages (to complement paid campaigns).\nRequirements\n3+ years running Google Ads and Programmatic campaigns.\nExperience working with either Salesforce, CRM, ERP, or B2B SaaS companies.\nProven ability to deliver results with limited budgets ($1k-$3k/month range).\nStrong keyword research, competitive analysis, and reporting skills.\nFamiliarity with re-targeting/programmatic advertising.\nAbility to work independently with a project-based, outcome-driven mindset.\nBonus: Experience generating leads for SaaS service companies and/or Salesforce consultancies.\nBudget & Engagement\nStarting budget: $1,000/month ad spend (to be optimized for 2-3 quality leads/month).\nFlexible engagement: Freelance / part-time project (preferably individual specialists, not agencies).\nAgencies will not be considered.
