With 4,000 - 5,000 CVs already available, this role will be key in building structured insights into our talent pool and connecting with professionals who will power our clients’ most mission-critical projects.\nThis position blends traditional recruiting, technical talent sourcing, and lead research - you will not only find and vet Maximo talent but also capture client decision-maker details from their project history, creating invaluable sales leads for our business.\nRequirements\nKey Responsibilities\n Candidate Engagement & Interviews\n Conduct structured interviews with Maximo professionals (functional, technical, and industry-specific experts).\n Assess experience, certifications, and project delivery track record.\n Collect key project references, technologies used, and role responsibilities.\n Data Capture & Profiling\n Record details on candidate skills, certifications, and technical expertise (e.g., MAS 9.2, Cognos, WatsonX integrations, industry solutions).\n Track availability preferences (remote, hybrid, relocation).\n Capture salary/rate expectations across different regions.\n Info Gathering Through Research\n Gather decision-maker information for references from candidates’ past project engagements.\n Log client/partner references into CRM.\n CRM & Talent Pool Management\n Maintain and update candidate records within Salesforce (or other CRM systems).\n Ensure all data is accurate, up-to-date, and categorized for fast project matching.\n Monitor and nurture relationships with high-value Maximo professionals.\nCapabilities & Qualifications\nRecruitment Experience\n 2 - 5+ years of talent sourcing or recruiting in technical/ERP/EAM roles.\n Prior exposure to IBM Maximo, ERP, or enterprise software ecosystems is highly preferred.\n Technical Fluency & Communication\n Ability to engage with candidates on technical skills (configurations, upgrades, integrations, industry modules).\n Strong interviewing skills to extract detailed project and client information.\n Excellent written and verbal communication in English (additional languages a plus).\n Data & CRM Discipline\n Highly organized in capturing and structuring candidate and lead data.\n Experience with Salesforce, Bullhorn, or similar recruiting CRM/ATS systems.\n Dual Mindset: Recruiter + Researcher\n Skilled at balancing candidate experience
