As we continue to grow, we are looking for a: HR Manager City: PodgoricaRole Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, hands-on and detail-oriented HR professional who is highly organized and confident in managing day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate combines strong knowledge of employment legislation, payroll and HR administration with a proactive approach to recruitment, employee relations and supporting our retail organization.\nResponsibilities: Ensure compliance with employment legislation and keep HR policies, processes and documentation up to date. Oversee day-to-day HR administration, employee records, contracts, absences and payroll processes in collaboration with relevant teams. Manage recruitment activities, particularly across our retail network, ensuring timely hiring and appropriate staffing levels. Build strong relationships with employees and managers across retail locations, regularly visiting the field and supporting the resolution of people-related challenges. Drive consistent implementation of HR policies and processes, while identifying opportunities to improve and streamline HR operations. Support onboarding, training and development initiatives and provide guidance to managers on people-related matters. Monitor key HR metrics such as headcount, turnover, absenteeism and overtime, and provide insights to support business decisions.\nRequirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or a related field. 3+ years of relevant HR experience, preferably in an operational HR role with responsibility for HR administration and payroll. Solid knowledge of employment legislation and HR compliance, with practical experience in applying relevant requirements to HR processes and documentation. Practical experience with payroll processes and HR administration. Proven recruitment experience, ideally in a high-volume environment where timely and effective hiring is essential. Experience in retail or another multi-location / field-based environment will be considered a strong advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain positive relationships across all levels of the organization.
