We are looking for someone who can take a job from print to finished part -program the machine, set up the job, run production, inspect parts, and make adjustments as needed.\nWhat You'll Do\nProgram Mazak VMCs using MAZATROL conversational programming\nSet up and operate Mazak VMCs\nRead and understand engineering drawings\nSelect and set cutting tools\nSet tool and work offsets\nProve out programs and make necessary adjustments\nRun multiple machines efficiently\nInspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment\nMake offset and program adjustments to maintain part quality\nTroubleshoot machining and setup problems\nMaintain production and quality requirements\nKeep machines, tooling, and work areas clean and organized\nWhat We're Looking For\nStrong CNC VMC setup experience\nMAZATROL programming experience is preferred\nAbility to read blueprints and understand GD&T\nKnowledge of cutting tools, feeds, speeds, and work holding\nAbility to use precision measuring equipment\nAbility to take a job from setup through finished parts\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nReliable, dependable, and able to work independently\nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. That's okay.\nWe are willing to train the right experienced CNC machinist on MAZATROL programming.\nIf you have strong VMC setup skills, can read prints, understand tooling and machining processes, and can work independently, we encourage you to apply.
