Follows diagrams, sketches, operational manuals, manufacturer’s instructions, engineering specifications to help troubleshoot malfunctions. Our job is to keep production downtime to a minimum.\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nTroubleshoot and repair CNC machines.\nHelp design and build in house machines.\nRetrofit machines to improve production efficiency.\nFind alternative replacements for obsolete, hard to find, or costly parts.\nHelp in troubleshooting mechanical repairs.\nProgramming PLC, Temperature controllers, and other devices.\nCalibrate process loops like temperature, amps, volts etc…\nTune servo controls on CNC equipment.\nSupport other sites with troubleshooting, repairs, and parts.\nMaintain stock on electronic parts for machines.\nTroubleshoot down to component level on circuit boards.\nHelp in repair of HVAC equipment.\nMinimum Qualifications\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nSafe work practices in an industrial environment.\nGood working knowledge of multimeters, oscilloscope and other electronic testers.\nAbility to handle multiple task and prioritize effectively.\nProficient skill level simple mathematics\nAbility to work with supervision to realize company goals.\nPerforms work with an attention to detail.\nEducation/Experience\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\n3-5 years in electronic or related field.\nPrevious machining experience and or trade school grad helpful, but not required.\nPhysical requirements\nAbility to walk and stand for long periods of time.\nAbility to use ladder and climb stairs.\nAbility to be work from heights.\nAbility to exert average physical effort, occasionally lifting materials and parts up to 50 lbs.\nAbility to be “On Call” and work overtime if required.\nMaxcess is an equal employment opportunity employer.
