Everything you need to know is below.\nThe role\nIMPORTANT: Need CPA or CA or ACCA and a degree in accounting/finance to apply for this role\nDeployment is where Maxima proves itself. As a Forward Deployment Strategist, you will guide enterprise customers through complex implementations and make sure they get measurable results, working directly with CFOs, controllers, and accounting operations teams to deploy the platform, automate their close, and deliver efficiency gains they can point to.\nThe role is cross-functional by nature. You will work daily with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Customer Success, shape the deployment methodology itself, lead implementations, and be the bridge between what customers need and what the product does. Success looks like faster deployments, stronger adoption, and field insight turned into repeatable playbooks.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn technical and operational delivery for multiple enterprise implementations, so each customer reaches its automation and close-efficiency goals\n\nAct as the primary interface between customers, Product, and Engineering, translating accounting workflows into well-defined implementation plans\n\nManage deployment timelines, dependencies, and milestones, removing blockers and coordinating technical resources\n\nCreate standardized frameworks, tools, and templates for deploying Maxima across customers and industries\n\nSupport pre-sales scoping and discovery to define requirements, feasibility, and implementation plans for enterprise prospects\n\nBring field insight into roadmap priorities, capacity planning, and future platform capabilities\n\nIdentify patterns across deployments, capture best practices, and improve delivery velocity and customer outcomes\n\nWhat we're looking for\n3 or more years in enterprise customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, forward deployed engineering, or technical implementation\n\nA track record of leading complex, high-stakes software deployments at large enterprises\n\nStrong understanding of financial systems such as NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, or Workday, or experience working in or with finance operations teams\n\nAbility to translate between technical and non-technical audiences, guiding engineers and finance stakeholders toward a common solution\n\nExcellent project management, communication, and problem-solving skills\n\nExperience designing scalable processes and standardizing workflows\n\nComfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with a high degree of ownership\n\nCuriosity about AI and what it can do for enterprise operations\n\nWhere and how you'll work\nThis role will be based in Bangalore and will be five days in office. \nWhy join Maxima\nThe work.
