Bij Dutch Leaf in Tilburg bouw je als Marketing Manager de merkenstrategie van een internationale groothandel met eigen merken en een helder doel: in 2033 €20 miljoen omzet, waarvan 70% buiten Nederland.

Je vertaalt meerjarendoelen per merk naar concrete kwartaalcampagnes en Rocks, werkt de OPSP lijn door en trekt samen op met sales op gedeelde omzettargets. Je stuurt een team van 3 aan en meet succes in leads, pipeline en marge in plaats van bereik.

Je hebt aantoonbaar een merk laten groeien via retail, distributie, beurzen of point of sale. De online strategie laat je daar vanzelfsprekend naast meelopen en AI zet je dagelijks in om met beperkte middelen veel te bereiken.

Daarvoor krijg je een salaris tussen €4.800 en €6.000 per maand, veel vrijheid en een campagnebudget dat meegroeit met de omzet die jij realiseert.
