You will own customer projects from initial discovery through solution design, implementation, and delivery, while also helping identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.\nThis is a highly cross-functional role for someone who is technically strong, customer-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nCustomer Discovery & Technical Engagement\nOwn the customer engagement lifecycle for AI, robotics, and autonomous driving projects.\n\nLead technical discussions with customers to understand their business objectives, workflows, and data requirements.\n\nTranslate complex or ambiguous customer needs into clear, measurable project requirements and success criteria.\n\nDevelop a deep understanding of how customers use data for robot learning, autonomous systems, model training, and evaluation.\n\nSolution Design\nPartner closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to design customized AI data collection and delivery solutions.\n\nDefine project scope, workflows, task structures, data requirements, annotation specifications, deployment environments, and hardware needs.\n\nDevelop project plans, timelines, resource requirements, cost structures, and end-to-end delivery strategies.\n\nEnsure proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, cost-effective, and aligned with customer objectives.\n\nProject Delivery & Customer Success\nOwn the execution of customer projects from kickoff through final delivery.\n\nCoordinate internal teams and external stakeholders to keep projects on track and ensure high-quality, consistent data delivery.\n\nMonitor project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve technical or operational issues.\n\nServe as a primary point of contact for customers, providing clear communication, project updates, and timely resolution of issues.\n\nBuild strong, long-term customer relationships through reliable execution and technical expertise.\n\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations to identify challenges and improve internal tools, workflows, and processes.\n\nCapture customer feedback, market trends, and recurring industry pain points to inform product development and roadmap decisions.\n\nHelp translate end results from customer projects into scalable solutions and repeatable processes.\n\nCommercial & Business Development Support\nSupport the commercial team in developing technical proposals, Statements of Work (SOWs), project scopes, and pricing materials.\n\nIdentify opportunities for additional services, expanded scope, and follow-on projects within existing accounts.\n\nPartner with sales and account teams to communicate the technical value and feasibility of proposed solutions.\n\nContribute to growing customer relationships and expanding revenue opportunities.\n\nRequired Qualifications\n3-5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical sales, project management, product, or a related customer-facing technical role.\n\nExperience in AI, robotics, autonomous driving, data services, or a related technology industry.\n\nStrong understanding of the end-to-end AI data lifecycle, including data collection, annotation, quality assurance, delivery, model training, evaluation, and iteration.\n\nAbility to translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured, actionable technical and project plans.\n\nDemonstrated ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.\n\nExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.\n\nFluent English communication skills, including the ability to lead customer meetings, technical discussions, and business conversations in English.\n\nHighly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing multiple projects simultaneously.\n\nStrong ownership mentality and comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.\n\nStrong Plus\nExperience working with autonomous driving or robotics datasets, including perception, planning, sensor, or other multimodal data.\n\nFamiliarity with robot learning, embodied AI, or autonomous systems workflows.\n\nExperience with egocentric/first-person data, multimodal datasets, sensor fusion, video data, or teleoperation data.\n\nFamiliarity with data annotation platforms, data visualization tools, or AI data management systems.\n\nBasic proficiency in
