We are looking for a forward-thinking individual who naturally challenges manual processes, eliminates repetitive tasks, and leverages data to uncover opportunities for greater efficiency and performance.\nThis role is responsible for transforming operational data into meaningful insights, monitoring key business and operational KPIs, identifying performance gaps, and delivering actionable recommendations that improve fibre provisioning and installation outcomes. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and management to support strategic decision-making, enhance service delivery performance, and accelerate the digital transformation of Fibre Operations.\n1.Service Order Management\nManage fibre orders from submission to activation, ensuring timely completion and SLA compliance.\n2.Operational Coordination\nCoordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure smooth service delivery.\n3.Escalation Management\nHandle operational escalations and drive timely issue resolution.\n4.Reporting & Data Analysis\nPrepare reports, dashboards, and performance analysis to support business decisions.\n5.KPI Monitoring\nTrack key metrics such as SLA compliance, installation turnaround time, order completion, and fallout rates.\n6.Problem-Solving\nIdentify root causes of operational issues and recommend improvements.\n7.Excel & Reporting Tools\nUse Excel and reporting tools to analyse data and provide operational insights.\n8.Process Improvement\nSupport automation and process enhancement initiatives to improve efficiency.\n9.Stakeholder Management\nBuild strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and external partners.\n10.Communication\nPresent operational updates, findings, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders and management.\n11.Planning & Prioritisation\nManage multiple tasks effectively while meeting deadlines and service targets.\n12.Compliance & Governance\nEnsure adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.\nWhat you will need to have:\nBachelor's Degree in Business Analytics, Telecommunications, Information Technology, Business Administration, or any related field\nProficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia\nMin 3 to 5 years of experience in Operational Reporting, Telecommunications Operations, or Business Analytics\nProven leadership skills with experience in team management, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making\nPrior experience in the fibre broadband or telecommunications industry is an added advantage\n What’s next?\nOnce you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
