We are a market leader in the global EB space, offering global pooled and captive solutions as well as comprehensive wellness programs.\nWe do this through working with a network of local insurance companies (members) in more than 100 marketsacross the globe. More than 60% of our member insurers are owned by MetLife or AXA, the other 40% are independent local insurers - all are experts in their markets and help us to find the right solutions for the local offices of multinationals and their employees based there.\nOur London headquarters houses support services from global marketing to finance to client reporting and underwriting while working with colleagues based in offices in locations across Europe, the USA and Asia.\nSummary of Responsibilities:\nThis is an IC role whowill own integration design and delivery for a newly formed product and systems function. Every data flow between our core systems will run through Boomi, and you will build that foundation from scratch, including the migration and retirement of our existing Jitterbit integrations. You will recommend architecture and set the quality bar for every integration, so you need sound design judgement and the ability to explain your reasoning clearly to non-technical colleagues. This is a hands-on individual contributor role. We will fund Boomi certification and onboarding in your first six months.\nResponsibilities\nDefine integration architecture, patterns and standards, and recommend the right design for each requirement\nLead the Jitterbit-to-Boomi migration: inventory, prioritise, rebuild, test, cut over, decommission\nBuild and maintain Boomi integrations across Salesforce, underwriting and reinsurance platforms, our Azure data warehouse and our client and member web portals\nWrite integration requirements and data-mapping specifications\nWrite and run SIT test scripts\nSet up monitoring, alerting and error handling, and resolve integration incidents\nDocument every integration and data flow\nWork with third-party vendors and implementation partners on integration delivery\nRequirements\nHard skills\n3-5 years of hands-on integration experience on an iPaaS or middleware platform (Boomi, MuleSoft, Workato, Informatica, SnapLogic, Azure Integration Services or similar), including at least 2 years in production\nStrong REST/SOAP API, JSON/XML and data-mapping skills\nSalesforce integration experience\nExperience writing integration requirements and test scripts\nProduction support and root-cause analysis\nSoft skills\nSelf-starter, comfortable building from a blank page\nSound design judgement: weighs options and recommends one\nClear communicator who can explain technical trade-offs to non-technical colleagues\nOwnership and drive:sees things through to production\nExcellent organisational and prioritisation skills to manage different workstreams.\nDesirable\nBoomi experience or certification\nExperience migrating between integration platforms (Jitterbit a plus)\nInsurance, reinsurance or financial services background\nAzure data platform experience\nSFTP/file-based and legacy system integration","description_format":"text","description_chars":3672,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":3,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Wellness"],"hiring_locations":[],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Health Insurance & Benefits"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-16T12:05:51Z"}],"visa":[{"country":"GB","licensed_sponsor":true,"evidence":"Licensed UK visa sponsor (Skilled Worker, Senior or Specialist Worker)","filings_12m":null,"filings_prev_12m":null,"green_card_filings_12m":null,"median_offered_wage_usd":null,"route":"Skilled Worker;
