You will partner closely with senior business stakeholders and procurement leadership to drive value, manage supplier performance, and deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.\nWhat you'll do:\nCategory Strategy & Stakeholder Management\nPartner with business stakeholders, Category Head, and Head of Procurement to understand business requirements and priorities.\nSupport the development and execution of category strategies that align with organizational objectives and deliver measurable business value.\nAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on sourcing, supplier, and procurement matters.\nStrategic Sourcing & Negotiation\nLead end-to-end sourcing initiatives, including RFIs, RFPs, tenders, negotiations, and contract award processes.\nDrive competitive sourcing events to optimize cost, quality, service, and risk outcomes.\nDevelop commercial negotiation strategies and lead supplier negotiations to achieve the best value for the business.\nSupplier Management\nEvaluate, select, and onboard suppliers in line with business requirements and procurement governance.\nBuild and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to drive performance, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nMonitor supplier capabilities, market developments, and potential risks impacting the category.\nMarket Intelligence & Analysis\nLead the analysis of supply markets, industry trends, cost drivers, and supplier landscapes to support informed decision-making.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, value creation, and risk mitigation.\nTranslate market insights into actionable procurement and category recommendations.\nGovernance & Continuous Improvemen t\nPromote compliance with procurement policies, category management methodologies, and governance requirements.\nFoster collaboration, knowledge sharing, and procurement best practices across the organization.\nSupport initiatives that enhance procurement efficiency, effectiveness, and stakeholder experience.\nWhat you'll need for this role:\nBachelor's Degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.\nProven experience in category management, strategic sourcing, supplier management, or procurement.\nExperience managing Network, Telecommunications, Technology, or Infrastructure-related categories is highly advantageous.\nStrong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience leading complex negotiations and sourcing activities.\nExcellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to engage senior business leaders.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\n What’s next?\nOnce you’ve applied online, our team will carefully review your application.
