The successful candidate will be responsible for general household cleaning, laundry, ironing, kitchen hygiene, and the proper care and arrangement of household items.\nThe ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent personal hygiene, good communication skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage household duties independently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nClean and maintain all areas of the house, including bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and other designated spaces.\nIdentify and promptly report maintenance issues, damaged household items, or other concerns requiring attention.\nDispose of household waste appropriately and ensure waste bins remain clean.\nMaintain a clean, hygienic, and organised kitchen, including washing dishes and properly arranging kitchen utensils.\nSweep, mop, dust, vacuum, wash, and sanitise floors, furniture, surfaces, and household facilities.\nHandle laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, folding, and arranging clothes and household linens.\nFollow all instructions relating to household routines, cleaning standards, and the proper use and storage of cleaning products.\nOrganise household items and ensure personal belongings are handled carefully and returned to their designated places.\nMonitor household cleaning materials and supplies and report items requiring replenishment.\nAssist with other reasonable household duties as assigned.\nChange bed linens, make beds, and maintain the cleanliness and presentation of bedrooms.\nMaintain strict confidentiality regarding the household, its occupants, personal belongings, and private information.\n\nRequirements\n\nExcellent personal hygiene and a neat, presentable appearance.\nGood command of spoken English and the ability to communicate clearly and respectfully.\nAbility to follow instructions, prioritise tasks, and manage time effectively.\nPhysically fit and capable of performing routine housekeeping duties.\nDemonstrated honesty, integrity, reliability, punctuality, and discipline.\nRespectful, courteous, and professional conduct.\nAt least three years of relevant experience in housekeeping, domestic services, or a similar role.\nStrong attention to detail and the ability to maintain consistent standards without constant supervision.\nPractical knowledge of household cleaning, laundry, ironing, hygiene, and household organisation.\nAbility to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion in all household matters.\nMinimum of an HND from a recognised institution.\n\nKey Personal Attributes:\n\nThe successful candidate must demonstrate integrity, trustworthiness, discretion, good communication, attention to detail, personal discipline, punctuality, initiative, respect for privacy, and a strong sense of responsibility.\n\nBenefits\n\nOpportunities to develop housekeeping and domestic service skills.\nCompetitive monthly remuneration (N80,000 -
