You'll help design, build, and maintain the cloud infrastructure and integrations that connect our core business systems — from identity platforms to internal collaboration and support tools. This is a hands-on role for someone comfortable writing production code, automating infrastructure, and working through how different enterprise systems connect and share data, with support from senior team members on more complex architecture decisions.\nBuild and maintain serverless workloads using **Azure Functions**, secured with **Azure Key Vault** for secrets and credential management\nProvision and manage cloud infrastructure (**VMs**, **AKS** clusters) using **Terraform**, following infrastructure-as-code best practices\nContribute to and maintain **CI/CD pipelines** to support reliable, automated deployments\nDevelop backend and integration logic in **Python** and **JavaScript**\nContainerize applications with **Docker** and deploy/support them via **AKS**\nSupport identity and access workflows through **Microsoft Entra ID**, including **SCIM provisioning** for automated user lifecycle management across SaaS applications\nBuild integrations and automation using **Microsoft Graph API** and **SharePoint**\nMonitor systems and troubleshoot issues using **Sumo Logic**, and support end-user workflows via **Zendesk**\nWork in **Linux**-based environments\nContribute to **systems integration** efforts across business and technical stakeholders\nSupport **data modelling** to help build clean, scalable integration architectures\nAssist with **migration planning** for systems and data transitions\nParticipate in **requirements analysis** with business and technical stakeholders to help translate needs into technical solutions\nProduce clear **documentation** for systems, integrations, and processes\nCommunicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization\n### What we are looking for:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field\n3-5 years of related experience\nExperience with Azure cloud services (Functions, Key Vault, VMs, AKS)\nWorking knowledge of Terraform for infrastructure as code\nExperience building or supporting CI/CD pipelines\nProficiency in Python and JavaScript\nExperience with Docker and container-based deployments\nFamiliarity with Entra ID and SCIM-based provisioning\nExperience with Microsoft Graph API and SharePoint\nExperience monitoring systems with tools like Sumo Logic, and supporting users via tools like Zendesk\nComfortable working in Linux environments\n*Core Competencies**\nExperience contributing to systems integration work across multiple platforms\nSolid data modelling skills\nExposure to migration planning\nAbility to participate in requirements analysis and translate business needs into technical tasks\nVery good English language skills, both written and spoken, as this role involves close collaboration with international teams, cross-regional stakeholders across multiple time zones\nStrong verbal and written communication skills including documentation, with the ability to work cross-functionally\nPrior exposure to HR, legal, or IT operations systems\n*WHAT WE OFFER**:\nYou will be part of a highly motivated international team of specialists working in an environment that offers a warm welcome with detailed onboarding and a dedicated mentor for a familiarization period as well as a wide range of individual development possibilities.
