The role is hands-on, focused on\nresolving infrastructure issues, applying SRE principles, and evolving\ntoward cloud-native best practices.\nTasks\nOwn and improve infrastructure across AWS, hosted, and on-prem environments,\nIdentify, troubleshoot, and resolve stability, performance, and security issues,\nDesign and implement scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure architectures,\nApply SRE practices (SLIs/SLOs, incident management, automation etc.),\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code,\nImprove observability (monitoring, logging, alerting) and operational excellence,\nCollaborate closely with engineering teams and act as a technical mentor.\nRequirements\n5+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or SRE roles\nStrong hands-on experience with AWS and production systems\nSolid understanding of Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD, containers, and Linux\nDeep knowledge of SRE principles and operating reliable distributed systems\nProven ability to modernize legacy infrastructure pragmatically and safely\nExperience with Kubernetes, Terraform, and Prometheus/Grafana\nUnderstanding of cost optimization and security best practices\nProficiency in at least one programming language (Python or Go preferred)\nNice to have:\nExperience with hybrid or on-premise infrastructure,\nKnowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, etc.).\nYou do not have to match our job profile 100%.
