岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、协助工艺工程师进行相关问题的调查和解决

2、设备常见故障及异常分析，有效提升机台Uptime

3、设备的日常PM及时检查PM结果记录，并根据设备的运行情况，优化PM项目

4、常见故障处理SOP编写并完成上级领导交办的其他任务

5、日常值班倒班，维护产线设备正常运转

6、负责过程中有害物质风险识别和管控

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，集成电路，自动化，机械等专业优先

2、3年及以上ThinFilm设备相关工作经验，有射频相关工作经验优先，理解ThinFilm原理，熟悉PVD，CVD，国产等设备

3、备较强的分析、学习能力，责任心强，有团队协作能力等

4、能适应无尘室工作，能适应夜班工作
