The products you will touch will be deployed into larger systems and/or deployments to facilitate secure communications for our military in the modern cyber warfare environment. Your responsibilities will include security analysis, product architecture and design, coding, testing, debugging, quality assurance, open-source assessment, and providing post-production support.\nYOUR WORK AT MAXTENA WILL INCLUDE:\nActs as FIPS 140 validation subject matter expert across projects.\nPerform general security analysis, vulnerability and physical security testing.\nEngage in design work, including product architecture.\nPerform system-level logical analysis\nEvaluate products against technology-type standards (Protection Profiles)\nConduct cryptographic and Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and aglorithm testing.\nEngage in source code review activities\nWrite and review technical reports\nAutomate testing procedures using scripting\nDevelop applications to support test cases\nDesign, develop, code, test, and debug system software\nIntegrate and validate new product designs\nProvides ongoing post-production support, re-evaluation and recommendation of product improvements.\nInterface with hardware design and development\nAssess third-party and open-source software\nREQUIREMENTS:\nMust be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret clearance\nBachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer or Electrical Engineering \n6+ years of related development experience\nExperience with Trusted Execution Environment (TEE)\nFamiliarity with OpenSSL, Linux and statistical analysis of entropy sources\nKnowledge of cryptographic encryption algorithms, key exchange algorithms, hashing/message authentication algorithms, PKI, random number generators, etc.\nExperience with various programming languages such as C, C++, Python, or Java, as well as development environments\nAbility to comprehend security standard requirements and apply them to products.\nExperience setting up networks and familiarity with subnetting and routing concepts.\nKnowledge of common security-related protocols and their design (e.g., SSH, IPsec, TLS, MACsec, etc.)\nExperience building testing environments, conducting testing, and reporting results (technical writing)\nStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills\nStrong multitasking and time management abilities\nPERKS OF WORKING AT MAXTENA:\nAt Maxtena, you won’t just contribute to technology-you’ll help invent what’s next.
