operations, making routine edits, content updates, custom theme/plugin modifications, and structural enhancements.\nBuilds and maintains high-performance landing pages that integrate seamlessly with HubSpot forms and tracking.\nOwns the technical tracking stack including Google Tag Manager, GA4, and server-side tracking implementations.\nDevelops A/B testing frameworks to systematically improve conversion rate optimization (CRO) across the site.\nEnsures technical SEO health by managing site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile responsiveness.\nCollaborates with the CRM Manager to ensure data flows cleanly from web forms to the CRM without data loss.\nManages the website's security, hosting environment, content security policies (CSP), and plugin/API integrations.\nArchitect and lead the future migration from our current legacy WordPress setup to a modern, scalable web stack (e.g., Headless CMS, React, Webflow).\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n5–7 years of experience in front-end and full-stack web development focused on high-growth B2B or SaaS marketing sites.\nProficiency in WordPress development, custom theme creation, and database/plugin management.\nStrong working knowledge of modern front-end frameworks and headless architecture concepts (React, Next.js, Webflow, or headless WordPress) to lead future migration efforts.\nExpertise in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and responsive design practices.\nAdvanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 configuration, and server-side tracking setups.\n\nPreferred / Good-to-Have\nExperience with HubSpot CMS Hub and integrating HubSpot embedded forms/APIs.\nBackground in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) using tools like Hotjar, VWO, or Google Optimize/Optimizely.\nBasic understanding of UI/UX principles and design collaboration using Figma.\nPrior experience managing site rebuilds, staging/production deployments, and URL redirect mapping to preserve SEO rankings during major
