The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to build a strong quality culture and drive organization-wide continuous improvement initiatives.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement and maintain quality control systems, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's products meet or exceed customer requirements.\nEnsure the company is compliant with all relevant quality standards, including ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer-specific requirements.\nManage a team of quality control technicians, providing direction, training and support as necessary.\nConduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the quality control systems and identify opportunities for improvement.\nAnalyze and report on quality metrics, including customer complaints and non-conformance data, to drive continuous improvement.\nWork with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.\nLead continuous improvement initiatives, using lean and six sigma methodologies, to improve processes and product quality.\nStay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations and best practices to ensure the company's quality systems remain current and effective.\nCarry out internal and in process investigation for customer complaints.\nWork with the Engineering and Operations teams to build scalable and sustainable processes and control systems and guide Maxwell to achieve six sigma reliability in electronics manufacturing.\nMust-Have Requirements:\nExperience in Electronics Manufacturing 5-10 years\nBachelor's Degree in Engineering\nExtensive Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standard.\nCertified Auditor of ISO and IATF 16949.\nKnowledge on Quality Core tools.
